For tourists planning a camping trip to the Grand Canyon, there are shops containing camping supplies within the National Park itself. While these shops are convenient, they are also expensive when compared to shops outside the park.

Grand Canyon Shops: Where to Shop in Grand Canyon

The North Rim has only one store catering for campers, the North Rim General Store. It is located next to the North Rim Campground.

The Desert View Store is located on the South Rim, just off highway 64, on the way to Grand Canyon Village. Essential groceries as well as alcoholic drinks are sold here. The Grand Canyon Marketplace can be found at Grand Canyon Village and is the largest shop in the National Park. On West Rim Drive is the El Tovar Hotel; the gift shop here has Native American items and clothing. Hopi House and Verkamp's near the El Tovar Hotel have excellent selections of Native American goods.
